Reverse Grip Dumbbell Curl — forearms isolation exercise in the LIFTAG library

Reverse Grip Dumbbell Curl

Isolation · Weight × reps

Avoid letting the wrists fold or swinging the torso when the grip becomes limiting. The pronated position increases the demand on the brachioradialis and brachialis and reduces the biceps' mechanical advantage; use lighter weights than for a palms-up curl and adjust forearm angle if the wrists feel strained.
