HOW TO DO EZ-BAR REVERSE CURL

  1. Hold the EZ bar with an overhand grip on the bends that let your wrists stay comfortably aligned.
  2. Stand tall, brace your trunk, and curl the bar by bending your elbows while keeping your upper arms near your sides.
  3. Lower under control until the elbows are extended.
  4. Keep the knuckles in line with the forearms instead of letting the wrists collapse, and avoid swinging the hips to finish the lift.
