Barbell Reverse Curl — forearms isolation exercise in the LIFTAG library

Barbell Reverse Curl

Isolation · Weight × reps

Avoid folding the wrists or swinging the hips when grip becomes limiting. The pronated grip increases the demand on the brachioradialis and brachialis and reduces the biceps' mechanical advantage; use less weight than for a palms-up curl and select an EZ angle if the straight bar strains your wrists.
