Cable Reverse Curl — forearms isolation exercise in the LIFTAG library

Cable Reverse Curl

Isolation · Weight × reps

Attach a straight or EZ bar to the low pulley and take a comfortable overhand grip with your arms nearly straight. Avoid letting the wrists collapse into flexion or leaning back to finish a load your grip cannot control. The pronated grip increases the demand on the brachioradialis and other elbow flexors while reducing how effectively the biceps can contribute; choose the EZ angle if a straight bar strains your wrists.
