HOW TO DO STATIONARY BIKE CYCLING
- Adjust the saddle so your knee remains slightly bent at the bottom of the pedal stroke and you can pedal without rocking your hips.
- Keep your hands light on the bars, your torso supported, and your knees tracking in line with your feet.
- Control intensity with resistance and cadence: add enough resistance to avoid bouncing, but not so much that your form stalls.
