HOW TO DO BODYWEIGHT CALF RAISE
- Stand tall with feet about hip-width apart and use light support for balance.
- Keep the knees straight but not forcefully locked, press through the bases of the toes, and raise both heels as high as you can without rolling the ankles outward.
- Pause, then lower slowly to the floor or below step level if using a secure edge and a comfortable range.
- Keep pressure distributed across the forefoot rather than only the outer toes.
