Barbell Calf Raise — calves isolation exercise in the LIFTAG library

Barbell Calf Raise

Isolation · Weight × reps

Avoid using an unstable plate edge, bouncing, or carrying a heavy bar without a safe rerack path. A block adds range but is optional; pauses or single-leg assistance can increase difficulty before loading enough weight to make balance the limiting factor.
