Underhand Seated Cable Row — back compound exercise in the LIFTAG library

Underhand Seated Cable Row

Compound · Weight × reps

Attach a straight or angled bar to the low pulley, brace your feet, and sit tall with a palms-up grip. Avoid leaning back or curling the bar with the biceps before the elbows travel behind you. The underhand grip often encourages a tucked elbow path and more elbow-flexor contribution, but use an angled bar or different grip if full supination is uncomfortable for your wrists or elbows.
