Neutral-Grip Pull-Up — back compound exercise in the LIFTAG library

Neutral-Grip Pull-Up

Compound · Weight × reps

The neutral grip trains the latissimus, upper back, elbow flexors, forearms, and grip; many people find the forearm and shoulder position comfortable, but it is not universally pain-free. Use a band or assisted machine if you cannot maintain a smooth path without kicking or shrugging.
