Neutral-Grip Lat Pulldown — back compound exercise in the LIFTAG library

Neutral-Grip Lat Pulldown

Compound · Weight × reps

Attach a neutral-grip handle to the high pulley, secure your thighs, and sit with your palms facing each other and arms overhead. Avoid jerking, shrugging, or leaning so far back that the pull becomes a row. Neutral grips often feel comfortable because they reduce the required forearm rotation, but shoulder response still varies; select the handle width and range that allow smooth scapular movement without pain.
