L-Sit Pull-Up

Compound · Weight × reps

Maintain that position as you set the shoulders, pull the elbows down, and bring the chin over the bar. The L-sit pull-up combines vertical pulling for the back, biceps, forearms, and grip with sustained abdominal and hip-flexor work; hamstring mobility may limit the leg position. First master strict pull-ups and an independent hanging L-sit. Regress by bending the knees or holding one leg straight, and end the set when posture changes.
