HOW TO DO FRONT LEVER PULL-UP
- Establish a front lever beneath a secure bar with straight body alignment and shoulders active.
- Keeping the hips level, bend the elbows and pull the torso toward the bar while the body remains roughly horizontal.
- Pause at the highest controlled point, then extend the arms slowly without letting the legs drop or the spine arch.
- The front-lever pull-up is an exceptionally advanced horizontal pull for the latissimus, upper back, elbow flexors, abdominals, and grip under a long lever.
- First own a stable front-lever hold and full-range rows in easier tuck, one-leg, or straddle shapes.
- Use the same regression for repetitions and stop when body angle or elbow control changes.
