HOW TO DO FRONT LEVER PULL-UP

  1. Establish a front lever beneath a secure bar with straight body alignment and shoulders active.
  2. Keeping the hips level, bend the elbows and pull the torso toward the bar while the body remains roughly horizontal.
  3. Pause at the highest controlled point, then extend the arms slowly without letting the legs drop or the spine arch.
  4. The front-lever pull-up is an exceptionally advanced horizontal pull for the latissimus, upper back, elbow flexors, abdominals, and grip under a long lever.
  5. First own a stable front-lever hold and full-range rows in easier tuck, one-leg, or straddle shapes.
  6. Use the same regression for repetitions and stop when body angle or elbow control changes.
