Single-Arm Straight-Arm Pulldown — back isolation exercise in the LIFTAG library

Single-Arm Straight-Arm Pulldown

Isolation · Weight × reps

Think of driving the upper arm toward your pocket rather than pulling with the hand. Avoid rotating, leaning backward, or turning the repetition into an elbow extension. Light support from the free hand can steady the body, and a half-kneeling stance can reduce momentum; neither setup completely removes the biceps or other assisting muscles.
