Straight-Bar Cable Curl — biceps isolation exercise in the LIFTAG library

Straight-Bar Cable Curl

Isolation · Weight × reps

Attach a straight bar to the low pulley and stand tall with a shoulder-width palms-up grip and the cable taut. Avoid leaning back or letting one shoulder rise to move the bar. The fixed attachment requires both hands to share one grip width but does not ensure equal effort; reduce the load or switch attachments if wrist or elbow comfort differs between sides.
