Cable Hammer Curl — biceps isolation exercise in the LIFTAG library

Cable Hammer Curl

Isolation · Weight × reps

Clip a rope to the low pulley and stand tall holding its ends with your palms facing each other. Avoid leaning back, swinging the rope, or allowing the wrists to bend under the load. The neutral grip involves the elbow flexors and usually feels different from a palms-up curl; vary your distance from the stack to find steady resistance without letting the cable pull your shoulders forward.
