Standing Cable Bicep Curl — biceps isolation exercise in the LIFTAG library

Standing Cable Bicep Curl

Isolation · Weight × reps

Attach a bar or handles to the low pulley, stand tall with the cable taut, and hold the attachment with your arms nearly straight. Avoid leaning back or letting the shoulders roll forward to finish the repetition. Standing closer to or farther from the pulley changes the cable angle; choose a position that provides steady resistance without pulling you off balance.
