HOW TO DO SINGLE-LEG GLUTE BRIDGE

  1. Lie on your back with one knee bent, that foot planted close to the hips, and the other leg held off the floor.
  2. Brace your trunk, press through the planted foot, and extend the hip until the pelvis is level with the thigh and torso.
  3. Pause without rotating or overextending the lower back, then lower under control.
  4. Keep the ribs down and the working knee tracking over the foot.
