HOW TO DO STANDING MACHINE HIP ABDUCTION

  1. Step onto the platform and position the outer sides of your legs securely against the moving supports.
  2. Grip the handles and take a stable stance with your hips and knees slightly bent.
  3. Press your legs outward by moving from the hips while keeping your feet securely positioned and your knees aligned with your toes.
  4. Pause briefly in the open position, then bring your legs back together slowly and under control.
