Single-Arm Machine Low Row — back compound exercise in the LIFTAG library

Single-Arm Machine Low Row

Compound · Weight × reps

MUSCLES WORKED

  • PRIMARY
  • SECONDARY

Allow the shoulder blade to move naturally throughout the exercise. If the machine permits, you can add a small, controlled torso rotation to increase the range of motion. Avoid using a fast twist or excessive lean to move more weight. The single-arm low row primarily trains the latissimus and mid-back, with the biceps assisting and the trunk providing stability. Train both sides with the same setup, range, and planned volume.
