Single Arm Bench Supported Cable Preacher Curl — biceps isolation exercise in the LIFTAG library

Single Arm Bench Supported Cable Preacher Curl

Isolation · Weight × reps

Begin with the elbow comfortably extended, curl the handle toward the shoulder without lifting the arm from the bench, then lower slowly. Avoid letting the cable pull the elbow into a forced bottom position or twisting off the pad. Bench angle, distance, and pulley height determine the line of resistance; adjust them so the cable clears the bench and you can reach and release the handle safely without claiming all assisting muscles are eliminated.
