HOW TO DO REVERSE SLIDING LUNGE

  1. Adjust the available handles or supports to a comfortable position.
  2. Place one foot on the fixed platform and the other on the sliding platform.
  3. Grip the handles, brace your core, and move the sliding foot backward while bending the front hip and knee to lower into a lunge.
  4. Keep the whole front foot planted and guide the front knee in line with the toes.
  5. Press through the front foot to rise and return the sliding platform to the starting position.
