HOW TO DO MACHINE LOW ROW

  1. Adjust the seat so you can comfortably reach the low handles with your arms extended and your chest firmly against the pad.
  2. Plant your feet, brace, and pull the handles toward your waist or lower ribs by driving the elbows back along the machine’s path.
  3. Pause briefly without shrugging, leaning backward, or lifting your chest from the pad.
  4. Keep your wrists aligned and use a controlled range that remains comfortable for your shoulders.
