HOW TO DO KNEE PUSH-UP

  1. Kneel on a pad, place the hands slightly wider than shoulder width, and form a straight line from knees through hips to head.
  2. Brace the trunk and glutes, bend the elbows at a comfortable angle, and lower the chest toward the floor without dropping the hips or reaching the chin.
  3. Press evenly through both hands to return to straight arms.
  4. Keep the hips extended; if more progression is needed, gradually lower the height of an incline push-up before moving to the floor.
