Kettlebell Deadlift

Compound · Weight × reps

Push the hips back, bend the knees as needed, and grip the handle while keeping the whole foot grounded and the spine neutral. Reverse the hinge and set the bell down quietly in the same spot. The close, centred load makes this a useful way to learn the deadlift pattern while training the glutes, hamstrings, quadriceps, back, and grip. Elevate the bell if reaching the floor causes the back to round, and never pull from a loose posture.
