Frog Jump

Compound · Weight × reps · Time

Swing the arms and drive forcefully through the feet to jump upward or forward, extending the hips, knees, and ankles. Land on both feet with the knees aligned to the toes and absorb force by returning to a squat, but only as deep as you can stabilize. Frog jumps develop lower-body power and repeated landing capacity in the quadriceps, glutes, hamstrings, and calves. Begin with submaximal jumps and low-volume sets, use a clear forgiving surface, and stop when landings become loud, the knees collapse inward, or balance requires extra steps.
