HOW TO DO SEATED LEG PRESS

  1. Adjust the seat or starting position so both feet rest securely on the platform and your back and pelvis remain supported throughout the movement.
  2. Place your feet between hip and shoulder width, brace your core, and press through your whole feet to extend your hips and knees.
  3. Keep the knees moving in the same general direction as the toes, and avoid bouncing at the bottom or pushing on your thighs with your hands.
