Cross-Body Hammer Curl — biceps isolation exercise in the LIFTAG library

Cross-Body Hammer Curl

Isolation · Weight × reps

Avoid rotating the trunk or lifting the elbow forward to shorten the curl. The cross-body path changes the hand's destination but still trains several elbow flexors, including the brachialis and brachioradialis; match the same diagonal on both sides if you track progress.
