Crab Walk

Compound · Weight × reps · Time

Travel forward, backward, or laterally using short controlled steps while keeping the chest open and hips clear of the floor. The crab walk challenges shoulder extension and support, triceps, glutes, hamstrings, trunk, and cross-body coordination. Use a static reverse tabletop first if moving causes wrist, shoulder, or hip discomfort, and keep the route clear.
