HOW TO DO CABLE INCLINE CHEST PRESS
- Set both pulleys below chest height, take the handles, and step forward so the cables run behind your arms.
- Use a stable split stance, start with elbows bent beside the chest, and press forward and upward until the hands finish around eye level.
- Let the shoulder blades rotate naturally and return slowly to a comfortable depth.
- Avoid leaning back or arching the lower back to make the path steeper.
- The rising line can emphasize the clavicular chest fibers, but adjust pulley height and finishing angle to your shoulders; a bench is optional and would change this into a supported variation.
