Bayesian Cable Curl — biceps isolation exercise in the LIFTAG library

Bayesian Cable Curl

Isolation · Weight × reps

Avoid letting the shoulder roll forward or using a long stride and excessive arm extension to chase more stretch. Small changes in pulley height and your distance from it alter the starting tension, so prioritize a controllable path over a dramatic behind-body position.

  3. Hold your ribs over your pelvis and keep the wrist aligned.
