HOW TO DO WIDE-STANCE LEG PRESS
- Place your feet wider than in your usual leg press stance, using a toe angle that lets your knees follow the same general direction.
- Lower the sled by bending your hips and knees while keeping your pelvis and back supported, then press through your whole feet.
- Adjust stance width and depth to the machine's footplate and your hip mobility, and compare positions with the same controlled technique rather than chasing a particular muscle sensation.
