Straight-Bar Triceps Pushdown — triceps isolation exercise in the LIFTAG library

Straight-Bar Triceps Pushdown

Isolation · Weight × reps

Attach a straight bar to the high pulley and stand close enough for the cable to run nearly vertical. Avoid leaning your body weight onto the attachment or snapping the elbows into lockout. The fixed bar couples both hands, so choose a grip width your wrists and elbows tolerate; it does not guarantee that both sides contribute equally.
