Bench Triceps Dip — triceps compound exercise in the LIFTAG library

Bench Triceps Dip

Compound · Weight × reps

Avoid drifting far forward or forcing the shoulders into a deep behind-body position. Bent knees shorten the lever and make the exercise easier; straight legs or elevation increase it, but parallel-bar dips or push-ups may suit you better if this shoulder position feels crowded.
