Single-Leg Box Squat — quadriceps compound exercise in the LIFTAG library

Single-Leg Box Squat

Compound · Weight × reps

Reach your hips back and bend the working knee until you touch the box under control. Use a higher box or light hand support if you cannot control the final inches. A lower box increases range, while a small counterweight can improve balance; choose one progression at a time and keep both pelvis and foot from rotating.
