Single-Arm Low-to-High Cable Fly — chest isolation exercise in the LIFTAG library

Single-Arm Low-to-High Cable Fly

Isolation · Weight × reps

Keeping a soft elbow, sweep the handle upward and inward until the hand reaches about upper-chest height. Return slowly and stop before the shoulder is pulled into an uncomfortable behind-body position. The rising line can emphasize the clavicular chest fibers, but finishing higher is not always better; adjust your stance and endpoint so the motion remains a controlled fly rather than a front raise.
