Single-Arm High-to-Low Cable Fly — chest isolation exercise in the LIFTAG library

Single-Arm High-to-Low Cable Fly

Isolation · Weight × reps

With a soft, nearly fixed elbow, sweep the handle down and across toward the opposite lower ribs or hip, then return under control. Avoid bending the elbow to press or rotating hard to pull the hand farther across. The descending line can emphasize the sternal chest fibers, but the endpoint depends on pulley position and shoulder comfort; use light support if needed so balance does not dictate the path.
