Single-Arm Cable Chest Fly — chest isolation exercise in the LIFTAG library

Single-Arm Cable Chest Fly

Isolation · Weight × reps

With a soft, nearly fixed elbow, sweep the arm across the front of your chest, then return under control to a comfortable stretch. Avoid twisting to push the handle farther across or turning the fly into a press by changing the elbow angle. Light support from the free hand can improve stability, while your distance and pulley height should be adjusted to keep the cable path clear.
