Pike Compression Lift — abs isolation exercise in the LIFTAG library

Pike Compression Lift

Isolation · Weight × reps · Time

The pike compression lift trains active hip flexion through the hip flexors and quadriceps while the abdominals stabilize the pelvis; hamstring mobility affects the starting position. It supports skills such as L-sits, V-sits, and press handstands but does not guarantee them.
