HOW TO DO MACHINE STANDING SINGLE-LEG CURL

  1. Adjust the supports so your knee aligns with the machine’s pivot and the moving pad rests on your lower calf just above the heel.
  2. Position yourself securely, grip the handles, and brace.
  3. Bend the knee to draw the heel toward the glute while keeping the thigh still and the hips stable.
  4. Pause briefly, then lower the leg slowly until the knee is comfortably extended.
