Korean Dip

Compound · Weight × reps

Begin in straight-arm support on a secure bar positioned behind the hips, with a grip that lets the wrists remain controlled, and lean slightly back. The Korean dip is an advanced behind-the-body variation loading the triceps, chest, anterior shoulders, wrists, and shoulder-extension tissues; its deep position is not suitable for everyone. First master straight-bar support, conventional dips, and controlled German-hang preparation. Use a low bar and assistance, progress depth slowly, and stop at anterior shoulder, elbow, or wrist pain.
