HOW TO DO DUMBBELL SUMO SQUAT

  1. Stand wider than your usual squat with toes turned only as far as your knees can follow, and hold one dumbbell vertically between your legs.
  2. Bend your hips and knees to lower the weight while keeping the whole foot planted, then push the floor away to stand.
