Bodyweight Lateral Lunge

Compound · Weight × reps

HOW TO DO BODYWEIGHT LATERAL LUNGE

  1. Stand tall and take a wide step to one side.
  2. Keep both feet facing mostly forward, shift the hips back over the stepping leg, and bend that knee while the opposite leg remains straighter.
  3. Start with a modest step and depth, keep the trunk controlled, and use support if balance causes the knee or foot to collapse inward.
