Bodyweight Bulgarian Split Squat — quadriceps compound exercise in the LIFTAG library

Bodyweight Bulgarian Split Squat

Compound · Weight × reps

The rear-foot-elevated split squat increases the balance and range demands on the front-leg quadriceps and glutes, with the hamstrings and trunk assisting. Use a low support first, hold a rack for balance, and adjust position rather than forcing rear-foot or hip discomfort.
