HOW TO DO SINGLE-LEG ISO-LATERAL SEATED LEG PRESS
- Adjust the seat or starting position so one foot rests securely on its platform and you can bend the working hip and knee without your pelvis rotating or lifting from the support.
- Keep the other foot on the designated rest or safely clear of the moving parts.
- Brace your core and press through the whole working foot to extend the hip and knee without forcefully locking the knee.
- Keep the knee moving in line with the toes, avoid pushing on your thigh with your hands, and use less resistance than for the two-leg version.
