HOW TO DO ISO-LATERAL SEATED LEG PRESS

  1. Adjust the seat or starting position so each foot rests securely on its platform and your back and pelvis remain supported throughout the movement.
  2. Place your feet in matching positions, brace your core, and press evenly through both feet to extend your hips and knees.
  3. Keep both sides moving at the same pace and stop before forcefully locking the knees.
  4. Keep the knees moving in the same general direction as the toes, and avoid bouncing at the bottom or pushing on your thighs with your hands.
