HOW TO DO MACHINE SEATED BICEPS CURL

  1. Adjust the seat and backrest so your back is supported, your upper arms rest securely on the pads, and your elbows align closely with the machine’s pivot points.
  2. Grip the handles with your wrists in a comfortable position and begin with your elbows extended without forcing them into lockout.
  3. Curl the handles toward your shoulders by bending the elbows while keeping your upper arms against the pads and your back against the support.
  4. Pause briefly, then lower the handles slowly without letting the weight stack slam.
