Cable Rear Delt Row — shoulders compound exercise in the LIFTAG library

Cable Rear Delt Row

Compound · Weight × reps

Avoid leaning far backward or narrowing the elbows until the movement becomes a conventional lat-focused row. A lighter load and a brief pause at the finish help preserve the high elbow path; choose an angle your shoulders tolerate rather than forcing the elbows directly sideways.
