HOW TO DO CABLE HIP ADDUCTION

  1. Start with that leg slightly out to the side, then draw it inward and just across your standing leg before returning slowly.
  2. Keep both knees soft, pelvis level, and trunk upright.
  3. Stand far enough away to keep tension without letting the cable rub the other ankle; shorten the cross-body range if balance or hip comfort changes, since more crossover is not automatically more effective.
