HOW TO DO BRIDGE PUSH-UP
- Establish a stable full bridge with hands and feet planted, hips lifted, and weight shared across all four contacts.
- Keeping the knees aligned and shoulders active, bend the elbows to lower the upper body a controlled distance, then press through the palms and triceps to straighten the arms again.
- Maintain the bridge curve without dumping all movement into the lower back or letting the head contact the floor.
- Bridge push-ups add repeated pressing to an already advanced loaded-extension position, challenging the triceps, shoulders, wrists, spinal extensors, glutes, and legs.
- Master a comfortable static bridge first, use a small range, and train on padding with a safe exit.
