HOW TO DO STANDING MULTI-FLIGHT LATERAL RAISE

  1. Adjust the machine’s levers to a comfortable starting position and grip the handles.
  2. Stand in a stable position, brace your core, and keep your elbows slightly bent.
  3. Raise your arms out to the sides until they reach approximately shoulder height or the end of your comfortable range.
  4. Pause briefly at the top, then lower your arms slowly to the starting position.
